Ability to see overview of unassigned shifts in the visualization

This is a request to make it possible to see details on the shifts that are left unassigned when looking at a solved Employee Shift Scheduling problem.

Ability to define activation costs for employees

This is a feature request to be able to define a cost for activating an employee. The corresponding optimization goal is to then limit the total activation cost. As such, this constraint could then be used to limit the amount of activated people.
