This is a request to prefer routes of vehicles to start far away and then move closer to home, as technicians like leaving early to avoid traffic, but don't like being stuck in traffic at end of a shift.

Request to schedule job for a technician in a manner where the last job of the day is closer to the technician home. Currently we have observed instances where the first job is the closest and the last job is the furthest to the technicians home.
