Add the ability to handle inventory/stock

This is a request to make it possible to define available inventory for resources used for jobs.
- Inventory may be global or on a resource (machine...)
- There may be replenishment jobs that refill consumables
- Jobs may use consumables and therefore reduce the inventory of consumables
